I spend a lot of my time these days trying to transform our new house into our home. For us, that has meant a lot of painting, buying some furniture to better suit the new space, fence building, counter top creating, and most recently taking out a wall.
With all of that, I have also started a new business venture. I have been playing with making soap to help address my families skin sensitivities. People have been really positive about the results, appreciating the simple, pure soap I pour in my kitchen. Because of the positive outpouring of interest I have launched an online store: white-road-ranch.square.site.
Soap has only slightly diverted me from my homesteading projects.
I have been starting cuttings of some wonderful newly plants; things that were not suited to growing in the Texas heat. I am also obsessing over YouTube videos of gardens and canning. It’s envy, y’all! I am SO ready to be growing.
Living in the moment, I am doing my best to enjoy the bursts of snow. Holidays are just around the corner and I will keep you informed of all our hopes, dreams, plans, and goals as they evolve.
At last you are here. Be bold. Sieze the moment. Be the first to take the opportunity to post a comment here.
